Our bookshop offers 5,000sqft of browsing and is in the core of downtown Oshawa, ON. The historic three level building features many unique traits along with a vaulted basement and unique antique furnace amongst other finishing for multiple film set options.
Media shoots are billed at an hourly rate of $500.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. We close the entire store for you to prevent any interruptions, giving you the freedom to creatively direct amongst our many bookshelves and artifacts.
A specialist from our team allows for minor changes in the store to fit your set and is present throughoutthe process. Filming companies must be insured with at least $2 million in liability insurance with active policies and permits submitted prior to filming.
